The Embodied Reset is a 6-week live virtual immersion designed to help you return to yourself—not through force or fixing, but through feeling. Through the power of movement, breath, and community, we begin to listen within and allow it to guide us home.

  • Root into Your Body

    We begin by turning inward and sensing what’s present in the body. Through gentle somatic practices, you'll start to shift awareness out of the head and into the body, reconnecting with the felt experience of presence, safety, and grounding.

  • Reclaim Your Breath

    The breath is one of the most powerful tools for bridging the body and the mind. Using both downregulating pranayama and active breathwork practices, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your sense of Self

  • Deepen Sensory Awareness

    Learn to expand your awareness to the subtle signals of the body. This is about expanding the capacity to feel. As you expand your sensory awareness, you begin to experience your body not as a problem to solve, but as a place to come home to.

  • Release What’s Held

    Let go and release the stories, patterns, and protective responses that have been stored in your tissues. Learn to meet discomfort with compassion and trust your body’s natural ability to let go of what it no longer needs to carry.

  • Receive & Restore

    Practice softening into stillness, where rest becomes ritual and receptivity becomes a powerful healing practice. You’ll learn how to create simple, sustainable rest rituals that fit into your daily life.

  • Embody the Work

    Integration is where true transformation happens. You’ll learn how to integrate these practices into your life; responding instead of reacting and living from a deeper sense of presence.

This container is designed to be both grounding and expansive—offering you embodied tools, intentional structure, and community support to guide your journey.

  • Join Lexie and the group for six 90-minute live sessions held over Zoom. Each session includes guided breathwork, somatic movement, personal reflection, and space for integration.

  • A beautifully designed digital companion to support your inner exploration. Inside, you’ll find weekly journaling prompts, somatic practices, and space to reflect and deepen your personal inquiry.

  • Each week, we’ll explore a specific theme that builds upon the last—creating a progressive arc throughout the immersion. Sessions are thoughtfully crafted to integrate somatic tools that support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional release. In between live sessions, you'll have access to a curated on-demand library of practices, exclusive to participants, to help you stay supported and connected to your process.

  • In addition to our live gatherings, you’ll have access to an exclusive library of guided breathwork, movement, and restorative practices designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you need to ground, release, or restore, these practices are here to support your nervous system and deepen integration throughout the week. This library is your space to return to—on your own time, in your own rhythm—whenever your body is asking for support.

  • Inside your private course portal, you’ll find weekly session recordings, additional on-demand practices, and inner inquiry prompts—all in one place, so you can move through the journey at your own pace and revisit the practices anytime.

A return to the body as home. We’ll begin by establishing safety, presence, and grounding—using gentle somatic practices to reconnect with the body and shift awareness from the mind into felt sensation.

MAY 6TH ::: BREATHE

Tuesday, May 6th 6:30-8:00p on Zoom

Exploring the breath as a bridge between body and mind. We’ll learn foundational breathwork practices to regulate the nervous system, build internal safety, and cultivate presence from within.

MAY 13TH ::: AWAKEN

Tuesday, May 13th 6:30-8:00p on Zoom

Turning up the volume on the body’s inner cues. This week is about listening more deeply to sensation, emotion, and energy—awakening your interoceptive awareness and expanding your capacity to feel.

MAY 20TH ::: RELEASE

Softening into what the body is ready to let go of. This week invites emotional processing, movement as medicine, and breathwork to support the release of old stories, patterns, and tension stored in the body.

MAY 27TH ::: RECEIVE

Welcoming rest, nourishment, and support. We explore the art of receptivity—what it means to soften, open, and let yourself be supported. Restoration becomes ritual. Rest becomes medicine.

Integration and embodiment. This final week is about carrying the work forward—learning how to stay connected in everyday life, embody your truth, and rise from within.

Meet Your Facilitator

Lexie Palasciano

Lexie Palasciano is an international retreat facilitator, Pilates and yoga instructor, and breathwork facilitator devoted to helping others return to the wisdom of their bodies.

As the founder of Embody by Lexie, she creates spaces that center around body-mind connection, nervous system regulation, and somatic listening—offering private sessions, virtual programs, and immersive retreats across the globe. Her multidisciplinary approach integrates movement, breath, and sound to support deeper healing and presence.

She brings a trauma-informed, intuitive approach to her facilitation, creating spaces that feel safe, supportive, and rooted in deep listening.

Course Details & FAQs

  • All sessions are recorded and uploaded into a private course shell within 24 hours. You’ll have access to the full replay library, so you can move through each week’s session at your own pace.

  • You’ll have continued access to the dedicated course shell—including session replays, on-demand practices, and journaling prompts—for 3 months after the program ends.

  • Yes. This container is designed to be accessible whether you’re just beginning or a long time practitioner. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and adapt what you need.

  • Not at all. All you’ll need is a quiet space where you feel safe to move, breathe, and be present. A yoga mat, blanket, bolster, or pillow can be helpful, but nothing is required.

  • Yes. The Embodied Reset is an inclusive space open to all bodies and identities who are ready to explore somatic connection, breath, and inner restoration.

  • Due to the intimate nature of this work and the digital delivery of materials, refunds are not available once the program begins. If you have concerns or unique circumstances, please reach out directly at info@lexiepalasciano.com

  • Yes! Replays will be available on the course shell, and you'll have access for three months after the course. While live participation is encouraged for interactive discussions and breakout rooms, you’ll still be able to watch, learn, and implement at your own pace.

  • Absolutely. All live sessions are hosted on Zoom and recorded, so you can participate from anywhere in the world. If the live session time doesn’t align with your time zone, you can still receive the full experience via replay and the community space.
