  • This course includes a mix of live virtual sessions, self-study exercises, and an in-person integration session to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Three Virtual Sessions (2 hours each) – Live Zoom calls featuring lecture, discussion, breakout activities, and movement labs focused on sequencing, cueing, and class design.
Self-Study Assignments – Structured exercises to refine class planning, cueing strategies, and teaching flow.
In-Person Integration Session (2 hours, with a Zoom-in option) – A hands-on teaching lab to practice sequencing, cueing, and transitions in real time, with direct feedback and coaching.

Note: If you choose the virtual-only option, the in-person integration session will either be live-streamed or replaced with a separate virtual teaching lab, depending on demand.

  • Live Virtual Sessions:

    • Session 1: March 29th, 10-12p EST

  • No. This training is open to both certified Pilates instructors and current teacher training students who want to deepen their understanding of group reformer class design, cueing techniques, and intelligent sequencing. If you're currently in a teacher training program and curious about structuring and leading flow-based group classes, this course will provide practical tools and hands-on experience to support your learning.

  • Yes! We offer a virtual-only option for those unable to attend the in-person intensive. The three live virtual sessions (six hours total) will be conducted via Zoom.

For the final in-person integration session, we will either:

    1. Live stream the session so virtual participants can observe and engage remotely.
    2. Schedule a separate virtual-only integration session, if there’s enough demand, to ensure a fully interactive experience for remote participants.

This ensures all participants receive interactive feedback and guidance, regardless of location.

  • You do not need a reformer during the live virtual sessions. However, we strongly recommend having access to one outside of these sessions to fully participate in self-study exercises, sequencing practices, and cueing refinement.

📌 If you plan to Zoom into the fourth integration session, you will need access to a reformer live to participate fully. This session involves hands-on teaching, movement labs, and real-time feedback, making direct reformer access essential for a complete experience.

  • Yes! Replays will be available on the course shell, and you'll have access for three months after the course. While live participation is encouraged for interactive discussions and breakout rooms, you’ll still be able to watch, learn, and implement at your own pace.

  • Yes! All virtual sessions will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours so you can review and revisit the material anytime during your three-month access period.

  • No, you do not have to be a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NPCP) to take this course. This workshop is open to all Pilates instructors looking to refine their sequencing, cueing, and flow-based teaching. However, if you are NPCP certified, you can earn 8 NPCP Continuing Education Credits (CECs) upon completion of the course.

Learn more about the NPCP here.

This is not just another workshop on cueing or programming—this is a deep dive into the psychology of flow, the biomechanics of sequencing, and the artistry of intelligent movement design.
