About Lexie

There was a very clear plan.

Ten years ago, I had just graduated high school and was headed to college with half of my degree already completed. The plan: a bachelors degree in two years and then off to law school.

The thing about plans is that they don’t always account for your embodied feelings once you are there.

I changed everything.

It only took a week of being in the wrong place doing the wrong thing for me to change everything. I transferred colleges, changed degrees, and shifted the entire trajectory of my life.

I followed my heart

and my heart led me across the world

Embodiment is the essence of our being.

With every other fork in the road, there is a moment that sheds light on the true essence of our being. A "gut" feeling, that if we consciously move towards allows us to live from a place of embodiment. A true listening to Self.
