“My aim as a Pilates instructor is to integrate my knowledge of movement, within the context of dance, with my focus in whole-body health. A principle codified by Joseph Pilates himself, my focus as a Pilates teacher is to facilitate recovery and training through movement, while also linking physical experiences with the internal and emotional happenings of the body. Taking inspiration from varying cultures and contexts, my main focus through Pilates is the integration of chakra balancing, supplementary essential oil healing, and as a result, whole body health and balancing.”
